Useful to know

Face coverings are mandatory within the centre and hides. Social distancing measures are in place throughout where possible. Hand sanitiser is available throughout the site.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the visitor centre or hides unless they are assistance dogs.
Car park barrier closes 17:30 daily and will be closed all day Tuesday/Wednesday when the centre is closed to the public.

Price & Payment

Pre-booking tickets is essential to avoid disappointment
Adults: £4.50, Concession: £4, Members: FREE, Children: FREE
10% discount for other Wildlife Trust members and groups of 11 or more - Not currently applicable
Access to reserve trail is free and does not require an admission ticket.

When?

Summer: 1st March - 31st October: open Thursday-Monday from 10.30am-5pm
Winter: 1st November - 28th February: open Friday - Sunday from 10.30am - 4pm

Parking

Large tarmac car park with 2 designated disabled parking. 90m walk up driveway to Visitor Centre. Additional disabled parking available at the top of the driveway next to the Visitor Centre.

Features

Child Friendly - Children's hide, monthly trails and quizzes. Bird identification guides child friendly. All toilets have baby changing facilities.
Disability Access - Visitor Centre, toilets, crannog hide, woodland walk and lower hide all fully accessible.
